Community Health Center Opening In Hannibal

On January 2, 2014 the Clarity Community Health Center began to take patients on a sliding scale basis for family practice and mental health at Preferred Family Healthcare at 4355 Paris Gravel Road in Hannibal, Missouri.

On February 1, 2014 Clarity Community Health Center will move to its new location at 141 Communication Drive in Hannibal, Missouri and continue to provide healthcare for patients on a sliding scale.
